Spring Flowers!

I've been going to the chiropractor every week since I got back from our trip.  My sacrum is out of whack and it really hurts.

After an adjustment I take a walk in Child's Park in Northampton to let the adjustment settle in before I get into my car.

It has been sweet to see the shrubs and flowers opening up in the bright sunlight.
