Eating better-Feeling better

I stopped eating sugar a couple of months ago and I feel so much better.

I used to eat alot of chocolate and any free baked goods at work were a thrill.

Now I don't even crave sugar or baked goods and I've finally really realized that they make me feel sick and foggy.

I'm not saying I'll never be a sugar junkie again, but after starting a month long on-line program by Angela Minelli a week or so after I got home from the hospital I have totally shifted my eating.

Her program was 97$ for the downloaded articles and lectures. She's going up to 297$ on June 30th so I just wanted to let anyone know now is the time to buy it. (A few people have asked me about the program so I just wanted to put it out there. It's not perfect, but it really did help me change how I eat for the better.)
